River Valley implements ORCID to give credit to reviewers

London, UK, 2 March 2018 – River Valley have developed a new feature within their peer review platform, ReView, to recognise peer reviewers’ work. River Valley have worked closely with ORCID to allow reviewers who use the platform to update their ORCID records automatically with their reviews. Authors and peer reviewers have always been able to log in to ReView with their ORCID records. IET adopt River Valley’s ReView as their journal submission and peer review platform

London, UK, 1 Feb 2017 – The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), one of the world’s largest engineering institutions, has adopted River Valley’s “ReView”, the nimble and innovative manuscript submission and peer review system, for all their journals. IET opts for River Valley’s ReView platform for member management

London, UK, 11 October, 2016 – The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), one of the world’s largest engineering institutions, is launching a new system for managing professional registration applications, such as Chartered Engineer and Incorporated Engineer. The IET grants these registrations on behalf of the Engineering Council UK, after a detailed assessment process of each applicant. With over 167,000 members, the process is heavy on administration.
